word on the street is that
bathsheba has had her baby.
what a perfect day for it to happen - congrats.

today it was so hot
the prarie dryness soaked up my tears
as quickly as they fell and
my love, he
drove away form the sun setting in the east
to start a new life
six hours away from my arms.
I will remember this day.
