too starched curtains and air conditioning whirrrs

I just want to say thanks to the poeple who still check in on sleepyskin once in a while.
and thanks to the people who keep me on their diaryland buddy list.
it feels good.

life is busy, life is strange.
I took a job as a flight attendant
so look up into the sky and I'll be around there somewhere.

I miss bathsheba and I miss molu and I miss pip and doug and kaitlin.

this page is all broken and I sort of like it that way because I'm sort of broken too.

there's lots of life on paper all over my house and sometimes
when it's too hot out to write, I just recite what I want to write
in my head over and over.
until I can't stand to think about it anymore.

I'm flat broke, with about five dollars to my name and I like it that way.
and I have a 17.5 hour layover in montreal
in 2 weeks so I will smoke and drink and
talk french with locals and
act snobby for a few hours before retiring to
my totally impersonal hotel room with too-starched curtains
and air-conditioning whirrrs.
